Pinnie is covered by insurance for more than 65 million Americans with Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans. The vast majority of our patients pay $0 out of pocket.

How does Pinnie ensure the security of my data?

Pinnie takes data very security seriously and is both SOC2 and HIPAA-compliant. We never sell your information and will only share your records with others if you explicitly authorize it.

How do I connect with a care advocate?

Pinnie is fully virtual, so connecting with a care advocate is easy. After signing up, you can connect with your advocate via our online platform via chat, email, phone, or video from anywhere in the U.S. All communication is secure and HIPAA-compliant.
